This version only contains one change, which allows 3.3 to open files created by the upcoming 3.4 version. Several third-party components were also updated, however this should not affect anything. Download ProVAL 3.30.0261

Normally we wait longer between releases, but user feedback alerted us to a minor but noticeable issue. With this release, we have fixed that issue.

This will likely be the final 3.2 build, with the 3.3 release imminent. Today’s changes fix a crash, but more importantly, modify the OWL Site Thresholds to match the thresholds in 3.3. You will need to rerun your OWL analyses.
These changes should finally put an end to the problems involved in running ProVAL on a non-US system. Other fixes are included, but the most important ones relate to the filtering used in Profiler Certification.
We will conduct a TRB ProVAL workshop on the morning of Sunday, Jan. 22, 2012. Highlights include: all new ProVAL 3.3, Optimal WIM Locator (OWL), and Smoothness Assurance Module (SAM).
