These changes should finally put an end to the problems involved in running ProVAL on a non-US system. Other fixes are included, but the most important ones relate to the filtering used in Profiler Certification.
We will conduct a TRB ProVAL workshop on the morning of Sunday, Jan. 22, 2012. Highlights include: all new ProVAL 3.3, Optimal WIM Locator (OWL), and Smoothness Assurance Module (SAM). Numerous bug fixes for issues reported by users (thanks!) as well as those discovered during developement of the upcoming 3.3 version.
