ProVAL Developer Receives ASTM Meyer-Horne Outstanding Achievement Award

The ASTM Committee E17 on Vehicle Pavement Systems has honored Dr. George Chang, ProVAL team lead, with the 2010 Meyer-Horne Outstanding Achievement Award. Dr. Chang was previously awarded an HW Kummer Lecture Award, also from ASTM E17, in 2007.
