Documentation
We provide on-line technical documents that will help you answer some of your ProVAL and profiling questions.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and Getting Started are available for both ProVAL 2.7 and ProVAL 3.0.
The ProVAL Library is your central clearinghouse of all documents and sites available on profiling.
Email and Phone
Please contact us online regarding ProVAL. Add detailed descriptions of your questions including step-by-step procedures (and, even better, an example file) to allow us to duplicate the problem if necessary.
We provide a 72-hour maximum response time to questions we receive via e-mail or phone pertaining to installation and operation of ProVAL. The phone and email contact information are on the ProVAL website and on the software CD-ROM covers. A toll-free number (1-888-ProVAL2) may be used for technical support if you are affiliated with U.S. State DOT.
